Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Domestic Returns / Exchange:

At Five Thirty Somewhere, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. While we hope that each piece brings you joy and a connection to the craftsmanship behind it, we also understand that sometimes a garment may not meet your expectations.

- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns , communicated to us within 7 days of delivery.

- If you find that the size or fit isn't quite right, we offer an exchange option for eligible items, communicated to us within 7 days of delivery.

-Due to the unique handmade nature of our garments, please note that variations in color, texture, and design may occur, adding to the individuality of each piece.  

- To initiate a return or exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer service team at hello@fivethirtysomewhere.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.

-Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is in stock or can be manufactured, we will process the exchange for you.

-Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and should reach us within 15 days from the day the return/ exchange request has been approved.

- The cost of reverse shipping must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment ( In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT), or, ship the exchanged product to you. 

- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


International Returns/ Exchange :

-At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns / exchanges for international orders because return shipments to India attract substantial duty/ tax charges and more often than not are not able to cross logistical and customs hurdles and consequently, never reach back to us. 

-We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend reviewing the product details and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Sale Items

Please note that anything purchased under an offer or sale is considered a final sale. Therefore, it cannot be returned or exchanged for an alternate size.


Fulfilment Errors

All our orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping.
However, in the off chance that you may have received a damaged or an incorrect product or the order has a missing item, please notify us at hello@fivethirtysomewhere.com within 3 days of receiving the order.

-Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted.

-Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and should reach us within 15 days from the day the return request has been approved.

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment ( In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be done through NEFT).

-Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

-If the order has a missing item and has been verified by the team, we shall ship the missing item at the earliest or refund the amount to you, as the situation may demand.

Please note: Due to the unique handmade nature of our garments, variations in color, texture, and sizing may occur, adding to the individuality of each piece. Please do not treat these as defects.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@fivethirtysomewhere.com

Also, due to unavoidable circumstances,  there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include suspension of deliveries to a particular location by our delivery partners,  limitations on quantities available for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product or textile. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to you within a period of 15 working days.

The team will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Final Decision:

- Please note that the final decision to accept returns or exchanges lies at the discretion of our team. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is used/ damaged / altered by the customer or if it is past the designated return period.
