Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy
At Five Thirty Somewhere, we hope every garment finds a lasting place in your wardrobe. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Domestic Orders
- Returns and exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-made and personalised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@fivethirtysomewhere.com with your order number and reason for the request. Requests sent after 7 days or garments returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and should reach us within 15 days of return approval.
- Reverse shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Once the returned garment has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (NEFT).
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect.
International Orders
At present, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders due to customs regulations, import duties and logistical limitations.

Sale Items
All products purchased during a sale or under promotional offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Items
Every order is carefully quality checked before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order:
- Please notify us within 3 days of delivery at hello@fivethirtysomewhere.com
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
- Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate resolution, including replacement, dispatch of missing items or a refund, depending on the situation.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed by writing to hello@fivethirtysomewhere.com
In rare circumstances, we may also cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, quality concerns or shipping restrictions. If payment has already been received, the full amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
Please Note
As each garment is thoughtfully made using natural fabrics and handcrafted processes, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are part of its unique character and should not be considered defects.
Returns or exchanges remain subject to inspection and final approval by the Five Thirty Somewhere team. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is used/ damaged / altered by the customer or if it is past the designated return period.
