At Five Thirty Somewhere, we aim to provide an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. We understand the anticipation of receiving your order and we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience. While we make every effort to ensure your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner, please understand that certain factors beyond our control may affect delivery times. Each garment is meticulously crafted by hand, and we are committed to delivering these unique pieces to you with the utmost care and attention.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Delivery times may sometimes vary due to factors such as artisanal production processes and shipping carrier schedules.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.
Domestic Shipping:
- We are pleased to offer free shipping across the country for standard delivery on prepaid orders. For all cash on delivery orders, an additional amount of INR 150 will be charged, added at the time of checkout.
-A Cash on Delivery (COD ) option is available only for orders placed in India, up to a maximum of INR 20000.
- Orders are shipped via trusted shipping partners and typically arrive within 5-6 business days from the day it is shipped from our studio.
International Shipping:
- For all international orders, the prices displayed on the website do not include shipping, duties , taxes and custom fees .
- The shipping costs are usually at a flat rate, which will be added at checkout.
Below are the flat shipping charges:
upto 1kg ( about 2 to 3 pieces )- INR 2500
1kg-1.5kg- INR 3000
1.5kg- 2kg- INR 3500
2kg-2.5kg- INR 4000
2.5kg-4kg- INR 4500
4kg-5kg- INR 5000
>5kg- INR 5500
-All duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the order and are over and above any shipping charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. We are unable to tell the expected taxes and duties because it is not under our control. However, you can check the approximate duties and taxes on www.easyship.com but the brand does not take any liability for the actuals.
Also, the brand is not responsible for custom delays, if any. We will, however, do whatever is in our capacity to assist you in a situation like this.

Remote area Charges
All the shipping charges are flat charges and are not based on specific postal codes. While dispatching the order, if the shipping address is in a remote area, you may hear from us regarding the balance payment of shipping charge difference.
