At Five Thirty Somewhere, we aim to process every order with care and dispatch it as quickly as possible. As each garment is thoughtfully crafted, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 8-10 business days.
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to artisanal production or courier schedules.


Domestic Shipping (India)
- Complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders up to ₹20,000 .
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business days after dispatch.


International Shipping
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight.
- Duties, customs and import taxes are not included and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
- International orders are generally delivered within 7–8 business days after dispatch.
- While we will gladly assist wherever possible, Five Thirty Somewhere is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges levied by the destination country.

Remote Area Deliveries

Our shipping charges are based on weight and not postal codes. In rare cases, deliveries to remote locations may attract an additional courier surcharge. If applicable, our team will contact you before dispatch.
