Five Thirty Somewhere is a designer, manufacturer and retailer of designer-quality goods offered at great values to the consumer. Our products mostly use high quality fabrics , natural dyes and are handcrafted.
User Accounts
- In order to access certain features of our website, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notice
Five Thirty Somewhere may contact you or provide you with service-related and/ or promotional notices by means of postal mail, electronic mail, general site notifications and more using the contact information you have provided to us. The offers made in those promotional emails or SMS/MMS shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the brand and the brand owes no responsibility to provide you any information regarding such change.
Pricing Policy
The prices on the website are inclusive of the Taxes in India (GST) and shipping.
In case of international orders, these prices do not include any delivery charges, the transaction fees that you may be charged by your bank for making a payment in a different currency and custom duty/ import charges which may apply if the goods are being shipped outside India. The prices of the products are given in Indian Rupees (INR) and prices in other currencies are based on exchange rates adjusted by our banks ( Predetermined rates). We reserve the right to adjust any prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.
Order Cancellation:
Due to unavoidable circumstances there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. Five Thirty Somewhere reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include suspension of deliveries to a particular location by our delivery partners, limitations on quantities available for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product or textile. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to you within a period of 15 working days. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by us and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation.
Five Thirty Somewhere reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The team will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Faulty Products
We have done our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site. Please be aware, slight variations in style, colour, size, shape and look may occur. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchanges section for further assistance.
Measurements may vary up to one inch as clothes are cut and stitched by hand. A 10% thickness and colour variation can occur as the textiles are handmade and are dyed using natural colours. Please do not treat these as faulty products. These are a characteristic of a handcrafted product. Faulty items are only declared if the textile is torn or the stitches are broken.
